It comes after Megan previously revealed she is not looking to have any more cosmetic surgery after having a breast reduction when she lost weight.
The model wrote for Grazia in January that she started putting herself first after she broke things off with her girlfriend in 2020.
She penned: ‘I restarted therapy and can confidently say I’m in the best, most content place I’ve ever been – mentally and physically. Because of this, my old, bigger breast implants no longer sat right on my chest, so I decided to go for a different style and shape.’
